Know What’s Working, What Isn’t, and What We’re Doing Next.
Every active Circadian service comes with clear monthly reporting built around the metrics that matter, the work completed, what changed, and what the strategy needs next.
More than a pile of platform screenshots.
The report is structured to answer the questions a business owner actually cares about each month.
Reporting built for the businesses trusting us with their growth.
Clear enough to understand quickly. Detailed enough to hold the strategy accountable.

Numbers without context are not much of a report.
Clicks, impressions, rankings, cost per lead, engagement, and conversion data matter. But the real value is understanding what changed, what caused it, whether the trend is actually healthy, and what we are doing because of it.
The report changes based on what we are actually doing for you.
Clients receive monthly reporting for every relevant service they have with Circadian. The metrics, deliverables, and commentary are tailored to the channel rather than forced into one generic dashboard.
SEO & Local Search
Rankings, Search Console trends, Business Profile activity, AI visibility, published work, link building, and the search opportunities we are pushing next.
Google Ads
Spend, conversions, cost per lead, campaign and keyword performance, conversion quality, landing-page observations, and the optimizations being made.
Meta Ads
Lead volume, cost per lead, spend, creative performance, campaign movement, winning ads, and what the results tell us to test or scale next.
YouTube Ads
Campaign delivery, view and conversion performance, cost efficiency, audience response, creative observations, and the next testing direction.
Organic Social
Content output, reach, engagement, audience response, profile movement, top-performing creative, and what content patterns are worth leaning into.
Email Campaigns
Delivery, opens, clicks, campaign response, conversions where trackable, audience behavior, and what we learned from the send.
The point is not to show a number. It is to decide what the number means.
One recent client report combined SEO performance, completed work, local visibility, and Meta Ads in the same monthly story. The report showed where growth was happening, which creative was driving leads most efficiently, and how the strategy was changing because of it.
Good reporting should make an agency easier to hold accountable, not harder.
If performance is moving in the right direction, the client should be able to see why. If it is not moving fast enough, the report should make that visible too and show how the game plan is changing.
What Changed?
We surface the movement that actually matters: leads, rankings, conversion efficiency, traffic quality, engagement, revenue signals, or the relevant KPI for that channel.
What Drove It?
Performance is connected back to the work: pages published, campaigns optimized, creative tested, audiences changed, links built, offers adjusted, or other meaningful execution.
What Happens Next?
Reporting should create a decision. We call out what we are protecting, what we are fixing, what we are testing, and where we see the next opportunity.
One clear reporting cycle, tailored to the work in motion.
The exact data changes by service, but the purpose stays the same: understand the month and make the next one better.
Pull The Right Data
We collect the performance data relevant to each active channel and comparison period.
Review The Work
Completed deliverables, optimizations, launches, tests, and meaningful account changes are documented.
Interpret The Trend
We explain what moved, what matters, and where the data needs context rather than simply listing metrics.
Set The Next Move
The report closes the loop with the priorities, opportunities, or adjustments that should guide the next period.

Is reporting included with every service?
Monthly reporting is included with the relevant ongoing services we manage. The exact report changes based on the channels and work included in the engagement.
How often do reports go out?
Reports are delivered monthly. The comparison window and data shown may vary by channel so the report reflects the clearest and most useful performance story.
Do we get one report if you manage multiple channels?
Yes. When multiple services are active, the reporting can bring those channels together so you can see how SEO, paid media, social, email, and other work are contributing without treating each channel like a separate business.
Will the report show what work was completed?
Yes. Where relevant, we include completed deliverables, launches, published pages, optimizations, link work, campaign changes, creative tests, and other meaningful execution alongside performance.
Do you only report the good numbers?
No. Reporting is there to keep the strategy accountable. If something is not moving the way it should, that should be visible, explained, and followed by a clear adjustment to the game plan.
Can we review the report together?
Some clients opt for a recurring review call and others prefer to review the report asynchronously. We can build the communication rhythm around the level of discussion the account actually needs.
Do you use Looker Studio dashboards?
No. Our standard reporting is built around clear monthly reports with the relevant performance, work completed, interpretation, and next steps rather than relying on a generic Looker Studio dashboard.
Can reporting connect performance back to leads or revenue?
When the available tracking supports it, yes. We use the strongest attribution available across the website, ad platforms, forms, calls, CRM data, and other relevant sources, while being clear about the limits of what can and cannot be attributed perfectly.
Your marketing should be easy to understand, even when the strategy is sophisticated.
If you are considering working with Circadian, reporting is part of how we keep the relationship transparent and the strategy accountable.
